Enter the 2023 Session Selector Contest!

The official 2023 National Cannabis Festival panel session proposal contest is back!

The Session Selector contest invites the cannabis community to apply to host a panel discussion, workshop, or demo in one of 6 Education Pavilions:

  • Policy Pavilion

  • Wellness Pavilion

  • Grow School

  • Culinary Pavilion

  • Culture Pavilion

  • Psychedelics Pavilion (new in 2023)

How do I apply?

Be ready to share a draft panel title, description and list of speakers, along with telling our committee which pavilion (listed above) your program belongs in.

Judging and Voting

When is the application deadline?

Application materials must be submitted by/before February 8, 2023 to danielle@nationalcannabisfestival.com.

How are winners selected?

Between February 8th and February 15th, 2023, our panel of expert judges will review your application. The winners will be selected based on the judge’s scores and the number of likes/shares on social media. We encourage you to share your session idea on social media using the #NCFSessionSelector hashtag and ask your friends to like and share your post.

What do I win?

You along with each of your speakers (up to 4 total speakers per panel) will receive one Early Entry Pass to attend NCF. You’ll also receive custom promo materials, promo support from NCF, and the chance to share your knowledge with an amazing community of cannabis-lovers.

What happens next?

If your idea is selected, our Education Program Manager will reach out to share information about deadlines to submit confirmed speaker names, your final panel description, etc.

The Session Selector Contest is open to participants 21+ with valid government-issued photo identification.
