My name is DC Scroger I grew up in England, Panama and Washington, D.C. I am part of the foundation upon which DC's cannabis community was built. People in cannabis know me for my activism and for my connections to some of the “Kings Of Cannabis” who are responsible for the industry we love.

Years ago, I ran a family owned law firm in DC as the CFO and COO. I stepped down and walked away for the firm in 2014 to show the world my true passions and skills in cannabis and hemp. Now I own Blue and Yellow Studios, LLC, a multimedia  visual and podcasting studio. I also own Blue and Yellow Consultants, LLC, a cannabis and hemp cultivation and processing consulting company in DC.

My organic cultivation teachings and practices have be shared with communities in DC, New York and Virginia for 6 years. In that time, I’ve presented more than 300 Classes. My singular focus is preparing my community for licensing opportunities and to become self sufficient with the right to grow.

“What I most love about cultivating cannabis is the peace and serenity I feel when I’m in my garden.”

I studied under Frenchy Cannoli as a student, friend, mentee and judge and now my goal is to continue to share his wisdom and knowledge through my own hashish classes. What I most love about cultivating cannabis is the peace and serenity I feel when I’m in my garden. I also love hunting for new genetics to help certain ailments. When I find a new genetic that helps a patient achieve relief, I like the refer to that as " That New New".

“Knowing the time, love, patience and dedication that goes into producing quality cannabis, I couldn't be more proud of all those who decide to enter.“

Being a Judge for the National Cannabis Championship here in my hometown is an honor. There are so many good growers here, in and around this community that don't get the recognition they deserve. I am excited to see, smell and taste DC's best homegrown. Knowing the time, love, patience and dedication that goes into producing quality cannabis, I couldn't be more proud of all those who decide to enter.
