This year, we’re excited to announce “NCF Week,” a series of events leading up to the festival exploring cannabis through taste, sound and touch. Check out the schedule of events below:

Sunday, August 22nd - 12pm

“Legalize it! Lager” Launch & “Hemp and Hops” Talk and Tasting at DC Brau Brewing Company

On Sunday, August 22nd, join NCF for the launch of “Legalize it! Lager,” during DC Brau's Dock Days of Summer Concert featuring the Black River Muddy Band on August 22nd!

1:00pm - “Hemp & Hops: The Future of Cannabis and Beverages”

IMKA Plantwave Soundbath at Eaton DC

Translating biodata from plants into musical notes for a live audio automation performance, IMKA creates a calming, meditative experience for reflection and deep listening. Please join us for a very special Plantwave Soundbath journey at Eaton Wellness on Thursday, Aug 26th. Feel free to bring our own houseplants from home to discover their “voices” with IMKA during our post-event Q&A.

Thursday, August 26th - 7pm

Workshop: Bubble Hashmaking & Hash Rosin Production with The Dank Duchess and DC Scroger

On August 26th, West will meet East as The Dank Duchess brings "The Duch Touch" to an exclusive, private workshop with the DMV’s DC Scroger.  Over the course of four hours, students will have opportunities to learn about techniques that experts use to make top tier hash and hash rosin.
