Anacostia Organics (AO) is a local, 100% minority woman-owned medical marijuana dispensary located in  Historic Anacostia at 2022 Martin Luther King Jr, Ave. S.E. in the District of Columbia.

Dispensary Owner and CEO, Linda Mercado Greene, sought a medical cannabis license with the aim of serving patients East of the River  city where the majority of DC’s registered patients resided in Wards 7 and 8. Ms. Greene has strong ties to Ward 8 having previously served as Chief of Staff to Marion Barry when he represented the Ward 8 on the DC City Council, and she is also a longtime resident of Ward 8.

“Anacostia Organic’s mission is to bring patients in the District of Columbia the highest quality cannabis medicine in a warm, friendly and professional environment.”
