2023 Ticket Holder FAQ

NCF2023 ticket holders will receive 50% off NCF “Saturday” passes of the same ticket type purchased in 2023.

For example: if you purchased 4 Early-entry tickets in 2023, you may purchase up to 4 Early-entry tickets to NCF2024 at 50% off. The discount is valid until January 31, 2024.

The NCF2023 ticket holder discount ends January 31, 2024.

We advise that you use your discount ASAP. Your discount is good to use as soon as tickets go on sale at the lowest price at the end of November. That’s right, you can grab your Saturday ticket to NCF2024 for as low as $17.50 plus taxes and fees.

NCF2023 VIP Members should email vip@nationalcannabisfestival.com for 2024 discount purchase details.

Your discount code is your 2023 Order Number.

Look for your original 2023 ticket email from Frontgate Tickets. The order number on your ticket(s) is your discount code.

To use the discount you’ll need:

• Email address used for the 2023 purchase

• Name of the person who made the purchase

• Order number

If you cannot locate your order number, please contact Frontage Tickets. NCF does not store customer order numbers or ticket purchase details.

Your 50% off discount is only good for the same ticket type you purchased last year. If you would like to upgrade to a different experience (for example, going from General Admission to Early-entry or Early-entry to VIP) you will need to purchase a ticket at the listed price online.

The NCF2023 ticket discount can only be applied to Saturday Passes.

If you are a 2023 ticket holder and you would like to attend both days, add the single-day Saturday option and the single-day Friday option to your cart. Enter your discount code and you will see 50% of the price of the Saturday ticket removed from your total.

Weekend Passes are not eligible for the discount. 2023 VIP Members should email vip@nationalcannabisfestival.com about 2024 options.

Pre-sale tickets for NCF go on sale in early December. Keep an eye on the email address you used to sign up for the discount on 2024 tickets for more information in the last week of November. (The email address should be the same email you used to purchase the 2023 tickets).
